- The Program Coordinator will submit this form to start the Dev/Rev (new course development or course revision) process
- Academic Services Operations will provide a scope document which includes a timeline that will need to be approved by the Program Coordinator and others before any work begins or a contract is issued
- Sign and return the contract to Academic Services if applicable
- Contact IST Office of Learning Design for a Canvas Master Course, choose one of the options below for the Canvas Master:
- Start with a copy of the current World Campus course template (CT) by requesting the CT using this form, then import an existing Canvas template
- Start with the IST World Campus Shell as a common starting point to develop a new course
- Start with a blank course development space for a more free-form approach to the design of the course
- If your project contains video or interactive media content, contact office of Learning Design 3 months prior to course launch to address accessibility checks
- Create Course Syllabus
- Send list of required materials before the due date
- Grading breakdown for class
- Schedules for FA/SP and SU semesters
- Request a quality assurance (QA) check one month before launch – copy editing, transcripts, captions, alt text review
