Maximizing Video in Your Classes (Online and in-person Workshop)
Lights, Camera, Action! Join this session to learn more about best practices about using videos in your teaching. Explore Penn State’s Instructional Video Guide. On February, 12, 2020 (1:30 – 3:00 pm), the Digital Pedagogy group will shine the spotlight on some of our talented faculty who will showcase their course video masterpieces. Materials Being Confirmed for Summer and Fall Now
Authors of World Campus courses scheduled to run this summer should have received a materials confirmation request via Smartsheet. Please confirm the materials we have on record are what will be used, or let us know if they will changing. Confirmation of materials for fall will also be sent soon.
Seeking Faculty Collaborators for Lecture Conversion Pilot
We always want to improve the quality of our learning resources. Currently, we’d like to test new ways of converting classroom lectures into online course content. We’re looking for possible collaborators interested in recording some of their in-class presentations to be used as source material for creating video content focused on specific topics. Interested faculty should contact Brian Daigle (bjd42@psu.edu)
