NEW Academic Integrity Module for FA18
For FA18, IST World Campus courses will be using a new Academic Integrity module that contains updated information for both students and faculty, including important messages from Dean Sears. We encourage instructors to spend time reviewing this information, especially the appropriate guidelines and processes to use if you suspect an academic integrity violation.
Items to note:
-
The module contains a new, more robust Academic Integrity Acknowledgement (AIA) as an assignment for students (which replaces the former Academic Integrity Quiz).
-
Important information on how to most effectively administer the AIA is available online, or through your instructional designer.
-
In a related minor update, our courses no longer include a Canvas Quiz.
We will have an online meeting August 10th (details below) to cover the new AI module and other topics. Also, you may contact your instructional designer with any questions on this new module.
